A health savings account, or HSA, is an account that’s funded with pre-tax contributions from your paycheck and used to cover health-related expenses.
If you choose an HDHP plan with HSA, we’ll deposit quarterly matching contributions into your HSA up to the limits shown below – yours to keep, yours to use for eligible expenses.
The IRS annual maximum for Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions in 2023 is $3,850 for single coverage and $7,750 for family coverage. This maximum includes both employee and employer contributions so we will consider the employer match when calculating the total amount you’re eligible to contribute.

If you’re suddenly unable to earn a paycheck due to illness or an accident, short-term disability insurance through your employer can replace a portion of your income during the initial weeks of your disability.

An FSA saves you money by reducing your income taxes. You must choose how much to contribute
each year, up to the stated limit. Your FSA contributions are automatically deducted from
your pay BEFORE any taxes are calculated, and are not reported as income to the IRS. The FSA
plan is effective January 1 to December 31 (calendar year).
